The orange peel pad is used to remove orange peel without sanding.
The tough Denim surface provides an equivalent action to P2000 grit sandpaper without the dulling of paint or sanding haze.
The pad also polishes the paint leaving no sanding marks, reducing steps needed afterward.
GRIP backing with 12mm foam layer for fast change between different polishing sponges.
What is orange peel?
Orange peel is a kind of finish that develops on a painted surface that resembles the skin of an orange. Various factors contribute to the bumpy surface and it can be prevented by changing the painting technique
It is highly recommended to invest in a paint thickness gauge to measure the thickness of the clear coat. The orange peel removal process should never remove the clearcoat.
