Tork Craft Soft Hose Clamp — 10–16 mm (Bulk)
This soft hose clamp fits hoses with outer diameters from 10 mm to 16 mm. Its soft band or internal lining allows secure clamping of flexible or delicate hoses without cutting into them. The worm gears run in grooves on the outer surface of the clamp ring, so pressure is not applied directly to the hose, preventing marring or abrasion. Supplied in bulk packs for workshop, plumbing or industrial applications.
Features
- Clamping range: 10–16 mm
- Soft or flexible band or lining — ideal for sensitive hose materials
- Worm gears engage in exterior grooves — preserving the hose surface
- Worm-drive screw mechanism — controlled tightening
- Bulk pack format — useful for trade and stock
Benefits
- Protects hoses: avoids indentations or damage to soft materials
- Reliable seal: maintains clamping pressure without cutting into the hose
- Smooth operation: worm gear motion in grooves gives even torque
- Cost-efficient bulk format: optimized for repeat use and stock
Extra Information
- Confirm the hose outer diameter to ensure compatibility.
- Keep the soft band or lining aligned and flat during tightening.
- Avoid overtightening — soft hoses can deform under excess pressure.
- Check clamp tension periodically under vibration or temperature changes.
Pro Tip
- Hand-tighten first to seat the clamp then finish with a tool to prevent liner misalignment.
- Orient the screw assembly in a location clear of bends or obstructive edges.
